Book Your Ride offers an optional one-time refundable ticket for all routes, which allows you to cancel your trip up to 24 hours before departure. Alternatively, you have the option to postpone your ride.
If a refund is applicable, please note that it may take approximately 7–10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account once it has been issued.
